The next meetings scheduled to take place are the Annual Parish Meeting followed by the Annual Council Meeting. These will take place on Tuesday 10 May 2022 starting at 7.30pm in the Meeting Room of the Nigel Copping Community Building
Clare has lived in the village since 2000 and is currently Chairman of the Parish Council. Clare previously worked in the corporate insurance industry for 27 years before settling down with a family in the village. Clare has been involved in local initiatives, namely the Riverside Festival and local youth club. Clare currently has a number of local voluntary roles, one being a moorings ranger for the Canal and River Trust, which includes building relationships between the boating community and our local parishioners. To date Clare works at Willowthorpe Care Home for the elderly as Engagement Lead. Hobbies include running distances and competing in obstacle runs preferably in mud!
